Finally finished my painting for Gathering Space Gallery which recently had their opening last week. Best of luck to them.

Free! Magazine presents "MAGICAL FUTURE". An event celebrating their 10th Year Anniversary held at Fairgrounds (Ex-Bengkel Night Park), Jakarta on April 14th. Their will be tons of cool artists there. FAB Family will also do a live graffiti at the venue. It's a free event but you need to get your pass here if you want to join the party.

The Babybirds is a kids brand. Its owners are the very cool parents of lil' Rinjani (their daughter). After they launced thier previous series called Daddy Was A Fanboy, this time they've asked me to draw a horse for their newest Friends Of The Birdies Artist Series which features three other artists Loveshugah, Astronautboys and Pope. Gathering Space Gallery is located at Cimahi and I believe it is the first one there. It is self organized by the young creative people of Cimahi. Therefor it is very interesting for me and such an honor indeed to participate. I will do a mural at the outdoor gallery wall at the opening on March 29th. So do come by and support this local movement.

A casual painting on a really really hot day. The weather has been quite extreme lately. Days are extremely hot and nights are freezing cold. I hope the weather gets back to the normal climate.

On February 1st, Indonesia's graffiti scene has lost a great writer ARKS. He is one of Indonesia's graffiti pioneer. I was lucky enough to run with him and see him in action last year where he would just do tags and throwies everywhere. A crazy writer he was. In person, ARKS was a great friend. We will miss him. Rest in Paradise King ARKS!

"old school, new school, all cool" -ARKS

The 22nd January issue of Pikiran Rakyat newspaper, FAB Family was interviewed to explain about graffiti and street art in Bandung. Former graffiti writer Ucok was interviewed as well explaining the history of graffiti. Artist Tisna Sanjaya also had some words about Bandung's graffiti. He was questioned whether it was art or not. An interesting article indeed written by Zaky Yamani concerning about the existence of graffiti and street art spread out in four pages.
