Facing The Lines (Pt.2)

The last two portrait drawings (Facing The Lines) were more cartoon-like. This time I made it kinda more realistic. So here are two more portrait drawings of a friendly friend. And since it's a lot of fun drawing these portraits, I think I'm gonna do some more. So stay tuned. Oye!

Holiday Session

Photobucket
A graffiti session with Cheztwo (FAB Family), Netic (MASE), and MUTE (Noah, Kumkum, Bedlam). This was the second time that Netic and I painted together and I just love the kid's style. Cheztwo suprised me with his 'Full Action Burger' that made me wanna bite it! The Mute brothers also rocked the spot. The three dimensional world by Noah with Kumkum and Bedlam's smooth characters. A great afternoon it was. Happy Eid and Happy Holiday Everyone.

Go Ahead And...

Photobucket
Photobucket
I'm very opened to change and development. But i cannot be open when change develops into chaos like my city Bandung is turning in to. Malls and shopping centers are getting built everywhere like making babies without knowing the consequences they bring or without asking if this city is ready yet. Major traffic jams and people forced to move out of their houses. Don't forget to mention factory outlets in Dago (street). I don't know about you, but they seem annoying to me. Especially the one with the eye-blinding lights!

Maybe you're thinking this is Bandung in it's development towards a more modern and civilized city. But I don't see it becoming a better city. Maybe the roads need to get wider first or something. It feels like the people running this city only wants results by skipping an important and crucial part of it's process. One thing for sure is that a big question popping up like notifications telling me "Who Runs BDG?". Why run something if you're not standing? So Go Ahead And... Piss Off! We, the people of BDG. We should run BDG!

A Paste, No Waste

Photobucket
I've always wanted to do a wheatpaste but didn't have the will to do it. But finally with the help of Astronautboys, I did it. And this is my first. Now some of the drawings in my sketchbook could come to a use after all. Too bad this shot was taken a couple of days after the pasting. So as you could see there's a piece of wood covering the top part of the piece. But hey, this is the street.

Caught In The Act

What happens if someone suddenly appears right in front of you and takes a piss while you were doing the one thing you do when you are alone? Even though every person has different ways of expression, but the only expression that seems to appear is shocked. These are captured expressions of different individuals that Buton Kultur 21 exhibited at 'Bazaar Art Jakart' at Pacific Place last month. (Sorry 'bout the low quality pics).
